JEFF JUHLIN

Having a studio in a high, arid desert, Jeff Juhlin is strongly influenced by the vast spaces, stillness, and visual history of his surroundings. His paintings reference the colors and light that he resides within. His work includes varying layers comprised of wax, oil, paper and other media, built up and taken away to create rich, abstracted landscape-like environments.
