EXHIBITION DESCRIPTION
A Gallery/Allen+Alan Fine Art is happy to announce the debut painting exhibition of Utah artist, Halee Roth. Having taught art for many years, Halee is now launching her gallery career at A Gallery/Allen+Alan Fine Art. Ms. Roth received her B.F.A. in painting and drawing from Utah State University where the beginnings of her bold, figurative style were born. Shaped by personal study and time spent with master works, her beautiful paintings have developed into light filled canvases that feel both recognizable and fresh.
Halee Roth lives in Utah, where she works in her studio surrounded by gardens and mountains. Halee received her B.F.A. from Utah State University in painting and drawing with an emphasis on the figure and art education, teaching art at the secondary level for many years. She studied art abroad in Germany where she fell in love with German Expressionism and attributes her bold use of color to her time spent living in India before graduation. She is devoted to the human form.
